- Check motor and relay contactor for short circuit
- Set motor parameters per nameplate and perform auto-tuning
- Increase acceleration time (F0-17)
- Enable overcurrent stall suppression (F3-19); adjust F3-18 to 120-160%; F3-20 to 20-40
- Adjust torque boost or V/f curve
- Use flying start or restart after motor stops
- Check for external interference source; if none check driver board or Hall device
